Will we have a meet and greet?
Yes. I need to meet each dog before I can take them on as a client. Our meet and greet session is a one- hour session which includes a walk to get to know your dog and a plan for care that will meet your needs. My consultation fee is $100. 

What is your fee if I have two dogs or more?
The fee for each additional dog is $50 per hour.

What payments do you accept?
You may pay for your services with Zelle, Square, Venmo, PayPal, and wire transfers. All transactions incur a 5 percent service fee with the exception of Zelle.

When do I need to pay for my requested services?

Prepayment in full is required to book and guarantee the dates and times you select. 

Do I need to book my appointments in advance?  It is suggested that you book your appointments as soon as possible once you know which dates and times you would prefer.

 

Are you insured? Yes. I am insured and bonded with pet sitters insurance and can provide you with a certificate of my insurance policy. 

 

Do I need to sign a contract? Yes. I will provide you with a service agreement to sign. You will also need to fill out a pet profile for each pet and provide a vet record of vaccinations. All paperwork must be completed before a service can be booked. 

Do you offer individual services and packages? 
You may purchase individual services or packages. When you become a VIP client, you will qualify for the VIP discount on packages of 40+ hours for one or multiple services. 

What is your cancellation policy? 
Cancellations made within less than a 72-hour period of the dates booked will not receive a credit. Those who cancel with at least 73 hours before the dates booked will receive a full credit. We have a no- refund policy. 

What if a cancellation needs to be made by Sweet Walks Beverly Hills?
Clients will receive a full credit for any service booked. If a meet and greet needs to be cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund. 

What are your regular business hours?
My regular business hours are from 8 am - 6 pm on Mondays thru Saturdays.

 

Can I book your services outside of regular business hours? 

Yes. I offer my services outside of regular business hours for double the fee.Early bird hours are from 6 am to 8 am; Evening hours are from 6 pm to 9 pm; Sunday hours are from 12 pm to 6 pm; Holiday hours are from 8 am to 6 pm.
