Crust
¾ cup oat flour
1 large egg
Pumpkin Pie Filling
1 can 15oz pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon honey
1 large egg
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix ¾ cups of oat flour and 1 large egg. (If you do not have oat flour, you can use a food processor to grind quick oats into flour).
Kneed the dough a few times and to get it into a ball. Separate the dough into two equal balls. Press each ball of dough down into a baking pan to make the crust. Bake the crust for 8 mins.
Make the pumpkin pie filling in a large bowl. Combine one 15oz can of pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 large egg, and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon . Use an electric hand mixer to mix it well. Once the mixture is smooth, evenly pour the pumpkin pie filling into each crust. Bake for 30 mins. Let the pies cool before serving your dog a piece.
